Tired of struggling with how you feel about your body?

I know I was.

I’ve always admired women who are confident in their body.

For a long time, I felt like those women were different from me. They had something I didn’t.

So I chased weight loss, diets and exercise to help me feel better about myself. It never worked, because even if we change our external appearance we’ll still have the same lack of peace within.

That is unless we learn how to heal our relationship with our body.

Working 1:1, in classes and training groups with hundreds of women over the past 13 years I’ve heard countless stories of body image struggles, low self-worth and trauma.

Hearing these stories made me realize that it wasn’t just me.

We live in a culture that is constantly bombarding us with fabricated images and information about how to fix our bodies.

Rarely teaching us how to appreciate and be empowered in our body.

From a young age, the message we receive is loud and clear - our bodies aren’t good enough.

The difficulty I’ve had accepting and feeling confident in my ever changing body are universal experiences that all women (and people) struggle with. Although our stories are as unique as each one of us we are united in our battle to love the skin we’re in.

In this 6 week course you’ll work on improving your relationship with your body from the inside out. You’ll release old habits that no longer serve you, heal from trauma and shame and build new skills that radically transform the way you think and feel about your body.

In the words of Nayyirah Waheed, “And I said to my body softly, ‘I want to be your friend.’ It took a long breath and replied, ‘I have been waiting my whole life for this.”

Don’t you think it’s time?

Hi, I'm Keri Marino.

My struggles and pain led me to healing work in my late teenage years and through my own self-work I found my calling to help others. As a spiritual teacher, Yoga Therapist, mentor and speaker I hold space for women as they embrace themselves and engage in personal transformation.

I love to provide a safe place for people to explore the full spectrum of who they are, uncover their pain and heal, awaken, become embodied, empowered and open to receiving pleasure in life.

A playful nerd at the core, I create unapologetically spiritual and heartfelt offerings. My teachings are a blend of my own personal study and practice, science and the experience I have gained working with people. Over 13 years, my career has led me into a variety of settings including my own private practice, clinical facilities, yoga studios and businesses around the southeast.
